conflicts have affected the human race since the time of homosapiens. people used to be involved in conflict right from the days they started socialising.in simple words, conflicts is a state of human mind and conflicts happen when two or more persons are involved in a certain issue and are either----
1. angry at each other.
2. irritated with each other.
3. have an issue between them with differing view points.
4. simply thinking in two different ways!!!
so you see, conflicts is a simple problem that two or more human beings are facing. now, one can be directly or indirectly involved in conflict. the effects on conflicts are:
1. agitation
2. anxiety.
3. anger
4. fear
5. irritation.
6. enimity.
so far so good????
if so, lets continue...
as you can see from the above explanation, conflicts generally tend to affect the human mind, not heart. why??? because, emotions are aroused in the human brain and the human mind. one has to understand that the heart is a simple pumping machine, whatever happens to us humans, happens in the head.

conflicts in classes and their consequences in the organization
conflicts happen everywhere. be it in your home, your neighbourhood, your school, college or at your workplace. the posts following this shall give the readers information about what are conflicts all about, what is conflict management, what are the styles of conflict management and also the author is doing a survey on a sample size of 50 students who are currently pursuing MBA in India.an instrument called as Conflict Management Preferance shall be administered(details about instrument shall be provided later) and the data colloected shall be used to find out what is the average conflict managment style of the students and how it shall affect their conflict handling capabilities in their organization. also this is my first post. apart from HR and other related subjects of management, no other topics shall be disccussed. people interested to post any queries about the HR profession are free to post it in my blog or can send me a mail at avinashvadi@gmail.com
